I'm a Brisbane-based finance professional who has worked with hundreds of businesses across a wide range of industries and stages. As a business owner myself, I've also sat on your side of the table and I know what it feels like to be responsible for a payroll, to make a hiring decision under pressure, and to wonder if the numbers are telling you the full story.
That lived experience shapes everything about how I work. I've sat with business owners at the very beginning, through periods of rapid growth, and through the harder seasons too. I understand that size doesn't always equal complexity, and that the right structure, automations and processes can give even a lean team complete visibility and control.
My approach is quiet and deliberate. I introduce structure where it's needed, remove noise where it isn't, and focus on giving you the financial clarity to make better decisions faster. Sometimes what a business needs isn't just better reporting. It's someone who sits with you, sees the full picture and helps you make sense of it.
